绥中36-1油田老平台的火炬系统校核研究

摘    要:根据API RP 521规范要求,应用专业的火炬计算软件Flaresim程序,分别校核各种工况的马赫数、热辐射强度、火炬分液罐尺寸及背压,得出绥中36-1油田新老平台在正常工况和堵塞工况下可以共用火炬系统,在火灾工况下满足一定条件也可以共用火炬系统,最后对计算结果进行了分析,给出了结论和建议。

Abstract:In accordance with API RP 521,mach number,heat radiation intensity,the size and backpressure of flare liquid tank are verified by the program of Flaresim in different working cases.And a conclusion that old and new platforms of SZ36-1 oil field can share flare system in normal condition and blockage condition,meet special conditions in fire situation is given.Finally,the calculation results are analyzed,conclusions and recommendations are obtained.
