机采井增抽提效技术

摘    要:泵效的高低是反应抽油设备利用效率和管理水平的重要指标.提出了一种新的机采井提高泵效和产能的增产增效技术,该技术效果显著、成本低廉、施工简易,从抽油杆柱上入手,以多级增抽器为主,从根本上提高泵效.介绍了如何从降低冲程损失、减少漏失和降低摩阻等方面综合提高泵效,分析了影响泵效的原因及敏感因素、增效技术原理、提高泵效的措施和应用.从理论和现场应用两方面论证了该技术的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:The efficiency of pump is the important parameter which indicates how we operate and manage equipment. The author create a new technology that raise the efficiency of pump with low cost, high effect and easy operation. With the sucker rod string multi-stage increasing production equipment was used to increase the efficiency of pump substantially. The author also introduce how to low the stroke-loss, to make leaking less and reduce friction, ect, he also analyze the causes that influence the efficiency of pump, principles of increasing it and measures to be taken. The validity and feasibility of the technology are proved in theory and practice.
