| 摘 要： | 采用端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)增韧改性含磷环氧树脂,以含磷酚醛树脂和二氨基二苯砜为复合固化体系,制备不含锑和铅、汞、镉、六价铬等有害重金属的无卤阻燃型挠性覆铜板,实验结果表明,满足欧盟RoHS指令要求,具有较好的耐离子迁移性、尺寸稳定性、耐变色性和柔软性,阻燃性达到UL94 V-0级.

| Abstract: | The varnish used for FCCL was prepared with phosphorated epoxy resin,carboxyl-terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber(CTBN),cured by phosphorated phenolic resin and diaminodiphenyl sulphone(DDS).To conform to the requirements of EU RoHS Directive,the halogen-free flame retardant FCCL does not contain stibium,lead,mercury,cadmium and hexavalent chromium.And its ion migration resistance,dimensional stability,tarnish resistance and folding endurance are fine,and the flame retardancy reaches UL94 V-0. |
