摘    要:<正> 铅和镉都是污染环境的有害元素,由于铅、镉能在动、植物及水生生物体内蓄积,被铅 镉污染的水、食物引起人类中毒问题,已为国内外学者所关注。常规检测法中,对铅、镉的测定一般采用双硫腙比色法,该法手续较繁,且使用剧毒的氰化钾,对操作者的安全与健康有危害之虞。近年来微量铅、镉的催化极谱测定虽有报道,但尚未见应用于罐头食品中铅、镉的同时测定。据此,我们经过试验,拟定了在0.1M苦杏仁酸—1.9×


Simultaneous Determination of Lead and Cadmium in Canned Foods by Oscifloscopic Polarography
Abstract:A method of simultaneous determination of trace lead and cadmium in canned foods by oscilloscopic polaroraphy is presented. In the bottom solution system of amyg-dalic acid tetraethyl ammonium iodine, a sensitive derivative polarographic wave is obtained.The detection limit is appb.The method is simple,rapid and accurate. So it is available to the simultaneous determination of trace lead and candmium in canned foods and aquatic products.
