| 摘 要： | 分析了某发射装置发射电路盒中的故障现象,利用可靠性强化试验技术,进行继电器的故障排查,使产品缺陷迅速暴露,复现了外场使用时的故障模式,分析了其失效机理,并提出了合理的改进建议。

| Abstract: | The failure of launch control device is analyzed,and the trouble shooting to the relay is performed by using the reliability enhancement testing.And by this means,the failure of relay occurred in field is re-occurred for analyzing the failure mechanism.Then,the rational improvement suggestion is put forward. |
