金属表面预处理研究

摘    要:表面涂层技术广泛应用于防污、防冰、防腐、耐磨、耐高温、绝缘等,涂层与基体的结合强度对涂层防护性能起着至关重要的作用。通过对金属进行合适的表面处理可以清除基体表面的污染物、疏松层等影响结合力的物质,同时可以改善涂料与基体之间的润湿性能,而且还可以提高基材表面粗糙度,与喷涂颗粒形成更多的"抛锚"咬合点,从而增强涂层对金属表面的附着力,延长寿命。本文综述了目前常用的表面处理技术。

Abstract:Coating technology is widely applied in surface modification, anti-fouling, anti-corrosion, anti-friction, high temperature resistance, insulation and so on. However, the weak binding strength of the coating with substrate limits the development of coating technology. Through proper surface treatmentcan remove pollutants and loose layers on the surface of the substrate, can improve the wettability between coating and substrate, also can improve the substrate surface roughness, and form more "anchor" bite point, so as to enhance the adhesion of coating. This paper reviewed the current surface treatment technology commonly used.
