一种油田用导热防腐涂层的导热防腐性能评价

摘    要:对一种新型的油田用导热防腐涂层技术进行了常规性能检测、导热性能测试和防腐蚀性能测试。结果表明,该涂层常规性能检测项目全部符合相关标准,且在60℃、常压下的油水混合物中具有非常优异的防腐性能和较好的导热性能,应用前景广阔。

Abstract:Conventional performance, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance were tested on a new thermal-conductive anti-corrosion coating used in oil field. The results showed that the coating routine performance testing projects were all in line with the relevant standards, and at 60 ℃, oil-water mixture at atmospheric pressure had a very excellent corrosion resistance and better thermal performance, with a wider application prospects.
