铱铈合金浸渍钪酸盐阴极研究

摘    要:铱铈合金浸渍钪酸盐阴极能够在相对较低的阴极工作温度下,产生较大的发射电流密度,在1470K时,阴极零场发射电流密度为2.19A/cm2。本文同时讨论了阴极有效逸出功和阴极工作温度之间近似的线性关系。

Abstract:II-Ce alloy cathode impregnated with scandate is able to generate high emission density at a relatively low working temperature. At 1470K,a zero-field emission density of 2.19 A/cm ̄2 is obtained. The approximate linear relation between the working temperature and the effective work function of the cathode is discussed.
