等基圆锥齿轮加工刀具轨迹的研究

摘    要:利用计算机模拟数控加工等基圆锥齿轮,分析走刀轨迹,给出刀具和轮坯的相对运动关系数学模型.在实验室按照上述理论模型控制刀具轨迹进行实际加工,与计算机模拟加工结果相吻合,充分证明该理论模型的正确性.该方法可用于数控编程进行实际加工,它对完善这种新型齿轮加工技术具有重要意义.

Abstract:Equal base circle bevel gear is a new kind of curve gear based on numerical control technology. Now its manufacturing method has no experienced dada that can be referenced. The traditional manufacturing method is of high cost and low efficiency. Cutting tool path of manufacturing above mentioned gear was analyzed through simulating NC machining in PC, and it presents relative motion of cutting tool path. According to relative motion of cutting tool path, practical machining has been accomplished in the laboratory, and the result is in accordance with the result of computer simulation. It has been proved that this theory model is correct, and can be used to practical NC machining, which is important to complete this new gear manufacturing technology.
