基于56F8300的液压缸运动速度的PWM控制方法研究

摘    要:针对普通流量控制阀调速性能差,工作效率低等缺点,提出了利用飞思卡尔半导体公司56F8300混合控制器发出的PWM信号驱动液压高速开关阀的方法,调节液压缸的运动速度。通过56F8300混合控制器中PWM模块的边缘对齐功能和中间对齐功能,实现双杆液压缸的普通PWM控制和差动PWM控制两种控制方法。

Abstract:Against poor velocity performance being controlled by ordinary flow control valve and inefficiency of operation,a method of hydraulic cylinder velocity control operated by high-speed on-off valves was proposed and the PWM signals were generated from the freescale 56F8300 hybrid controller.The 56F8300 hybrid controller's edge-aligned operation conducted by PWM module and center-aligned function implemented the ordinary PWM control from double-rod hyolraulic cylinder and PWM differential control,i.e two methods concerned.
