资源组合效率与增长率战略矩阵图的研究及应用

摘    要:根据美国波士顿咨询公司(BCC)在1983年提出的竞争优势--取得竞争优势途径的数量矩阵图原理,运用生产函数方法创建了资源组合效率—增长率战略矩阵图。它的横坐标是企业某个时期投入全部生产要素综合效率的平均水平,它综合反映了企业资源优化配置效果;而纵坐标是同期的企业资源组合效率的增长率,从发展的角度反映了企业全部生产要素综合利用效果的变化状况。该图动静结合,综合反映了企业竞争优势和发展潜力,将为企业制定可持续发展经营战略提供科学依据。

Abstract:According to the principle of matrix analysis chart of competitive superiority—path quantity of obtaining competitive superiority of Boston Consultation Company in 1983,the strategic matrix chart of the combination efficiency of resource-growth rate was established by using method of production function model.In the strategic chart,the horizontal coordinate indicated synthesizing average level of the enterprise's combination efficiency of total production factors,which comprehensively reflected the result of the enterprise's optimizing allocation of resources in a period;And the vertical coordinate indicated the growth rate of the enterprise's combination efficiency of resource,and also reflected change tendency of comprehensive utilization result of the enterprise's total production factors in the same period.This strategic decision chart is association of activity and inertia,and reflected comprehensively intensity of the enterprise's competitive advantage and tendency of the enterprise's sustainable development.Therefore,the chart will provide scientific basis for formulating management strategy of the enterprise's sustainable development.
