| 摘 要： | 为实现生产的自动化,根据润滑脂生产线的工艺流程,采用PLC和工控机设计生产线的控制系统。通过使用PLC对生产线中的流量、温度、液位等信号进行采集,对各种工业用阀门与泵进行控制,结合使用力控组态软件设计操作界面,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | To realize the production automatically,PLC and IPC were used to design the controlling system on the process flow of the lubricating grease production line.The signals of flow rate,temperature,liquid level were sampled and gathered so that many kinds of indusrial valves and punps were controlled by PLC.In combination with the use of confiquration software-force-control,the operator interfaces were designed.Therefore,this controlling system has improved productivity of lubricating grease evidently. |
