激光器速率方程参数的实验提取及动态特性实验

摘    要:通过实验测量和拟合的方法得到10Gb/s半导体激光器内部参数,用于解激光器单模速率方程.由此分析激光器增益开关输出脉冲的波形和啁啾特性,并通过不同光纤传输实验,证明计算与实验结果吻合.

Abstract:The intrinsic parameters of l0Gb/s semiconductor laser are obtained from experimental measurement and simulation. These parameters will be used in solving single mode rate equation of the laser.Thus the output pulse waveform and chirp of the gain-switched laser are analyzed and experimented by transmitting in various fibers. It is verified that the simulation result is in agreement with the experimental result.
