| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国近年来橡胶用量与废胶粉产量现状,比较了废胶粉改性沥青在欧美与国内的应用水平;同时介绍了废胶粉改性沥青的基本理论;并通过经济指标的比较,指出此类改性沥青在中国防水材料行业中应用是可行的,但由于目前没有类此改性沥青的标准,使废胶粉改性沥青处于不规范发展的灰色状态,政府应当制定相应的政策予以引导和规范。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the rubber consumption and the output of crumb rubber in recent years in China and makes a comparison between Europe,American and China in the technology and application of crumb rubber modified asphalt.In addition,the paper briefs the basic mechanism of asphalt modification with crumb rubber and points out that it is practical to use modified asphalt of this kind in waterproofing materials.However,the current situation on development of the asphalt is in disordered state due to lack of standard for it.Therefore,the government department concerned should develop relevant policy and regulations to make its moving healthy. |
