| 摘 要： | 在深入研究配方和工艺的基础上,控制一定反应液的酸度和甲醛的起始浓度,恰到好处地掌握反应终点和采取适当的其他工艺措施,可大大提高107胶水的质量,降低成本8%左右,提高劳动生产率42.9%。

| Abstract: | On the basis of deepening research in formula and manufacturing process,qualityof 107 glue can be greatly improved,production cost reduced by about 8% and labour producti-vity ennanced by 42.9% by controlling acidity of reacting fluid and initial concentration offormaldehyde,aptly getting command of reaction end point and adopting other proper techno-logical measures. |
