| 摘 要： | 分析敏捷制造的产生背景及其内涵，论述敏捷制造系统中人的因素的重要性，从人与技术集成过程，人与组织集成过程以及人、技术和组织集成过程等方面分析人的因素的与作用，提出实施敏捷制造战略必须发挥人的积极性和创造性。

| Abstract: | The background and connotation of Agile Manufacturing(AM) are analyzed. The inportance of the human factors in AM system is discussed. By analyzing the human in the integration process of human with technology, human with organization, as well human with both technology and organization, this paper puts forward a series of reformations to raise and fully exert the human agility. |
