| 摘 要： | 介绍几种可用普通挤出设备生产管材的改性超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE),包括液晶聚合物改性、有机硅树脂改性和层状硅酸盐改性等;并阐述了通过改进挤出工艺和复合增强制备增强UHMWPE管材的工艺方法;以应用实例说明了UHMWPE管材广泛的用途,充分肯定了UHMWPE管材的应用与发展前景。

| Abstract: | Several modified UHMWPE including liquid crystalline polymer,organ silicon materials,layered silicate that can be processed by common extrusion equipment were introduced.The manufacturing technology of reinforced-UHMWPE pipe by developing extrusion process and composite reinforcement were expatiated.The extensive uses of UHMWPE pipe were showed with a practical application,and the application and develop prospect of UHMWPE pipe were affirmed sufficiently. |
