摘    要:主要介绍环氧树脂/碳纤维(EP/CF)复合材料薄壁细长管件的研制,通过对材料的选择、成型工艺方案的确定,以及对热压罐成型工艺参数的合理调整,成功地将热缩塑料套管应用于小型无人机细长尾撑杆的成型中,制造出符合设计要求的实验件。

Abstract:The manufacture of epoxy/carbon composite tube in thin walls was introduced.By selecting appropriate material and moulding technics,adjusting technological parameter for autoclave moulding,the thermal contractible plastics sleeve was applied successfully in the manufacture of EP/CF composite tube for UVA.The sample parts that was up to the mustard was manufactured.
