MC尼龙/无机纳米轴瓦材料的摩擦磨损性能研究

摘    要:以纳米碳酸钙/石墨为增强改性剂制备MC尼龙/无机纳米复合轴瓦材料,在自制的摩擦磨损试验机上研究复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,并与普通MC尼龙材料作对比试验。结果表明,实验条件的变化影响着MC尼龙纳米材料的摩擦磨损行为,随实验压力和对磨速度的增加,摩擦系数和磨损体积都呈现先快速降低而后逐渐上升的趋势。在相同的实验条件下,MC尼龙纳米材料的摩擦系数和磨损体积均比普通MC尼龙的低,当对磨速度和压力分别为2.1 m/s和120 N时,MC尼龙纳米材料的摩擦系数和磨损体积分别约为普通MC尼龙的60%和17%。干磨时,MC尼龙纳米材料的磨损体积约为水润滑时的25倍。

Abstract:MC nylon/inorganic nanocomposites for bushing were prepared with nano-CaCO3 and graphite as intensifier and modifier. Friction and wear behaviors of composites were studied by using self-made test-bed for friction and wear,and the behaviors were compared with those of common MC nylon materials.The results showed that test conditions affected the friction and wear behaviors of MC nylon nanocomposites.With the increase of experimental pressure and velocity,the friction coefficient and wear volume of MC nylon nanocomposites decreased at first and increased afterwards.When the velocity and pressure were respectively 2.1 m/s and 120 N,the friction coefficient and wear volume of MC nylon nanocomposites were respectively about 60% and 17% of those of common MC nylon materials.The wear volume of MC nylon nanocomposites without lubrication was about 25 times of that of nanocomposites under water lubrication.
