高含硫气层酸压改造技术及其应用

摘    要:元坝地区的气藏埋藏深,温度高,且含酸性腐蚀气体。针对元坝区块储层酸压改造技术难点,进行了大量室内实验研究以及现场试验,形成了“胶凝酸+闭合酸压”、“震荡酸压”、“超正压射孔酸压测试联作”、“酸压测试管柱结构优化及施工参数科学设计”、“加重酸压”以及复合助排等工艺技术。在元坝区块进行了现场试验,取得了增产68.9倍的良好经济效果,实现了对高温、高含硫储层酸压改造的重大突破。

Abstract:The gas reservoir in Yuanba area is deep and of high temperature, and contains acidic corrosive gases. In view of the technical difficulties with regard to the transformation of gas reservoir in Yuanba area with acid fracturing technology, a lot of laboratory investigations and field experiments have been conducted, and the technologies of gelled acid and closed acid fracturing, vibrated acid fracturing, combined operation of super positive - pressure perforating and acid fracturing testing, acid fracturing testing string structure optimization and reasonable design of construction parameters, high - density acid fracturing, and composite clean-up, etc. have been developed. The production was increased by 68.9 times in the field test conducted in Yuanba area, which marks an important breakthrough of the transformation of high temperature and high sulfur reservoir with acid fracturing technology.
