纳米封堵剂性能评价及现场应用

摘    要:纳米封堵剂主要由无机纳米材料和胶凝材料组成。室内性能评价表明,纳米封堵剂颗粒微细均匀,浆液耐温,耐矿化度,流变性能好,堵剂固化后微观结构致密,抗压强度高,封堵率达99.9%。纳米封堵剂现场应用范围宽,应用效果显著,是解决各种类型疑难油水井化学封堵的一项新技术。

Abstract:Nanometer plugging agent is mainly composed of inorganic nanomaterials and cementitious materials. According to laboratory experiment,nanomaterial as plugging agent has uniform particles, heat resistance, salt tolerance, good rheological behavior. After post - curing, the agent has compact microstructure, high compressive strength with the plugging rate up to 99.9 %. The agent can be widely used in oilfield and it has obvious effect in application. Therefore ,it can be a new technology in complex chemical plugging.
