摘    要:介绍了四五家子油田W20区块油藏特点,并研制了线性自生热增压泡沫压裂液体系。考察了该压裂液的流变性、膨胀性、增压性能、悬砂性、对储层伤害性及对设备的腐蚀性,结果表明,研制的自生热增压泡沫压裂液具有较好的流变性,体积膨胀倍数最高可达9倍,60min内增压能力达8.2MPa,悬砂性能好,对储层的平均伤害率为14.57%,40℃温度、6h内对N80钢片平均腐蚀速率仅为0.20217g/(m。·h)。线性自生热泡沫压裂液在W20—5井现场试用结果表明,产油量由压前0.24t/d增加到2.0t/d,增产倍比达8.33,与同区块常规压裂液相比,取得更好的增产效果。

Abstract:The reservoir characteristics of Block W20 of Siwujiazi Oilfield is introduced, and linear foam fracturing fluid system for Block W20 is developed. Its properties such as the rheological property, expansibility, turbocharged performance, performance of sand - suspending, formation damage, and corrosion of equipment, are investigated. The results show that linear foam fracturing fluid developed has good rheological property, volume expansion ratio up to 9 times, pressure increase by 8.2 MPa within 60 minutes, good performance of sand - suspending, the average damage to the reservoir 14.57%, the average corrosion rate for N80 steel only 0.202 17 g/(m2 .h) within 6 hours at temperature of 40℃ And field application of the fluid in W20 -5 well showed that the oil production yield was increased from 0.24 to 2.0 t/d, increase production by 8.33 times. Compared with conventional fracturing fluid of Block W20, W20 -5 Well had higher production yield.
