摘    要:在油田开采中后期所采用的稳油控水技术中,以深部调剖调驱技术为主,而注入设备对措施效果影响较大,为保证调剖调驱技术的顺利开展,研发了地面智能注入系统。该系统不但对聚合物的剪切小,而且可以有效地控制调堵剂的注入排量和压力,保证了调堵剂有效地进入高吸水层;同时该系统可以自动记录施工参数,自动化程度高,降低了施工现场操作的劳动强度,提高了施工工艺的精确性。现场试验证明,地面智能注入系统可以满足大剂量调剖调驱和长时间施工的需要。

Abstract:Deep profile control and flooding technologies have been used for stable production and water control for the most part in the middle and late stages of oiifield exploitation. In view of the significant influence of the injection equipment on the effect of the technologies, a ground intelligent injection system was developed so as to ensure the successful application of the profile control and flooding technologies. This system applies relatively small shearing force on polymers, and can control the injection flow and pressure of the profile control and water plugging agent effectively, which ensures the effective admission of the profile control and water plugging agent into deep absorbent ground. In addition, it can record the construction parameters automatically thanks to its high level of automation, leading to the reduction of the labor intensity at construction site and the increase of the accuracy of construction technology. The field test has shown that the ground intelligent injection system can satisfy the requirement for long time construction with large dose of profile control and water plugging agent.
