新型高效阻燃剂四(2-氯丙基)-1-甲基-1,2-亚乙基双磷酸酯的合成及表征

摘    要:以三氯氧磷和环氧丙烷为原料,先合成磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯(TCPP),再在碱性催化剂作用下,进行双分子缩聚,合成一种新型高效阻燃剂四(2-氯丙基)-1-甲基-1,2-亚乙基双磷酸酯。对TCPP的缩合反应的机理及条件进行了探讨。结果表明,当反应温度为180℃,反应时间为7.0 h,催化剂用量1.2%时,产物收率可达90.6%。

Abstract:1-Methyl-1,2-ethylene bis[di(2-chloropropyl)phosphate],a new kind of efficient flame retardant, was synthesized by bimolecular condensation of tris(2-chloropropyl) phosphate (TCPP) using an alkaline catalyst,which was synthesized by phosphorus oxychloride and propylene oxide as raw materials.When the reaction temperature was 180℃ ,the reaction time was 7.0 h and the mass of the catalyst was 1.2% of the reactants,the yield of the product was about 90.6%.The chemical structure was characterized using ESI-MS,IR and ~1H NMR.The reaction mechanism and conditions of the condensation reaction were discussed.
