摘    要:在油田采出水回注和外排系统中,由于采出水的油含量、化学需氧量、悬浮物固体含量、浊度等严重超标,并且含有大量细菌。如果直接外排会对环境造成污染;而作为注水水源时会对注水管线造成腐蚀,并且会恶化水质,堵塞地层。本实验对大庆油田三厂和四厂将要推广使用的絮凝剂和杀菌剂进行实验评价。结果表明,絮凝剂HYY-405的絮凝效果优于H-806,对油含量的去除效果尤为明显,但对COD的去除效果较差。杀菌剂608的杀菌效果优于杀菌剂HHY-88、611E和HHY,对3种细菌的杀菌效率都达到100%,杀菌后采出水中细菌含量符合国家标准。

Abstract:In the system of re - injection and efflux of oilfield produced water, oil content, chemical oxygen demand, suspended solids, and turbidity of the produced water are seriously excessive, and the produced water also contains a large number of bacteria. If the produced water is effluxed directly, it will pollute environment. And if the produced water is used as the re - injection water source, it will be harmful in water pipeline corrosion, water quality deterioration, and stratum clogging. For these reasons, this experiment is carried out to evaluate the flocculants and germicides which will be used in the 3rd and the 4th Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield. The results show that the flocculation HY-Y - 405 is better than H - 806 and it has good effects on the removal of oil but poor on the removal of COD. The sterilization of germicide 608 is superior to germicide HHY- 88, 611E, and HHY with the sterilizing rate to 3 species of bacteria up to 100%. After sterilization with germicide 608, the content of bacteria in the produced water accords with national standards.
