双河油田污水生化处理技术研究与应用

摘    要:目前国内油田对含油污水的处理主要采用自然沉降、混凝沉降、过滤、气浮等常规的物理、化学方法。河南油田对难以用常规处理方法的含聚含硫采油污水进行研究试验,最终采用生物膜水解酸化一生物膜接触氧化处理工艺,对双河联合站多余的含油污水进行生化处理。该污水处理工艺对污水中的石油类、硫化物和挥发酚的去除效率分别为96.5%,99.7%和83.3%,对COD的去除率为75%。外排污水达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中二级最高允许排放标准,对其他油田污水处理有借鉴意义。

Abstract:The major technologies for treating oily waste water adopted domestically at present include the conventional physical and chemical technologies like free settling, coagulating sedimentation, filtration and air floatation, etc. The tests of treating polymer and sulfur containing oily waste water difficult to be treated with conventional treatment technologies were conducted in Henan Oilfield, and bio- membrane hydrolytic acidification and contacting oxidation technology was adopted for treating the extra wastewater from Shuanghe Integrated Station in the end. The percent rates for removing oils, sulfides and volatile phenol from wastewater with this technology were 96.5%, 99.7% and 83.3% respectively, and the COD removal rate was 75%. The treated wastewater satisfied the limits for maximum allowable contaminants of secondary discharge water specified in "Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB8978 - 1996 ), which is useful for reference by other oilfields in treating wastewater.
