对偶氮变色酸苯基萤光酮分光光度法测钴的研究

摘    要:对偶氮变色酸苯基萤光酮是新合成的有机显色剂,用于分光光度法测钴。研究了在表面活性剂溴代十六烷基吡啶(质量分数为0.1%)存在下,钴与对偶氮变色酸苯基萤光酮的显色反应。结果表明,在缓冲溶液pH为9.2的碱性条件下形成深蓝色的三元络合物,其最大吸收峰在614nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.5×10^5L/(mol·cm),钴浓度在0—6mg/25L范围内符合比尔定律。

Abstract:p- Azochromotropic acid phenylfluorone is a newly synthesized organic color reagent which can be used for measuring cobalt by spectrophotometry. The color reaction between cobalt and p - azochromotropic acid phenylfluorone in the presence of the surfactant of 0. 1% (mass fraction) of cetyl pyfidine bromide was studied. The results have shown that a blue black ternary complex is formed when the pH value of the buffer solution is 9.2 with the maximum absorption peak at 614 nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficient of 1.5 × 10^5 L/ ( mol ·cm), and Beer' law is applicable when cobalt concentration is in the range of 0 to 6 mg/25 L.
