二硫代氨基甲酸盐缓蚀剂DTC-1的合成及性能研究

摘    要:以价廉易得的碳酰二胺(尿素)与二硫化碳反应,合成了二硫代氨基甲酸盐缓蚀剂DTC-1。红外光谱图对其进行结构表征,证实合成物为目标产物。考察了缓蚀剂DTC-1性能,包括稳定性、溶解分散性、乳化倾向性及缓蚀性。结果表明,缓蚀剂DTC-1性能稳定,溶解性好,无乳化倾向性;在盐水中具有良好配伍性和缓蚀性能;适用于弱酸性、中性和碱性流体介质体系;适宜温度范围大,在油气田作业中具有推广使用的前景。

Abstract:Dithiocarbamate DTC - 1 corrosion inhibitor was synthesized by reaction of urea with carbon disulfide. The product synthesized was characterized by IR spectrum and the result showed that the above mentioned compound was the target compound, and it was evaluated on stability, solubility , emulsification and corrosion inhibition. The result showed that the corrosion inhibitor DTC - 1 had good stability, solubility, and no tendency to emulsify. It had good compatibility and corrosion inhibition in saline water and it was suitable in weakly acidic, neutral and alkaline fluid, and it could be used in wide range of temperature. Therefore it had prospects to be widely used in oilfields.
