气井排水采气用起泡剂的室内评价

摘    要:针对某气田部分气井大量产水而影响气田正常开发,为三类典型产水优选出了3种对应的起泡剂,对所选起泡剂进行了室内评价。结果表明,所选起泡剂不仅具有较好的发泡及稳泡性能,而且携液量大、热稳定性好、表面活性强、对管材腐蚀性小,并能用于该气田泡沫排水采气工艺。

Abstract:In view of the excess water production in some gas wells of a gas field which affected normal gas production adversely, three foamers for dealing with three corresponding typical water production modes were selected, and the laboratory evaluation on the foamers was carried out. The results have shown that these three foamers are of good foamability and foam stability, large liquid carrying capacity, high thermal stability, strong surface activity, and little corrosion effect on pipe, and can be used in the foam draining gas recovery process of the gas field.
