咪唑啉类缓蚀剂对CO2/H2S腐蚀抑制作用研究进展

摘    要:CO2/H2S腐蚀一直是石油和天然气工业领域棘手问题和研究热点.针对CO2/H2S腐蚀,常采用咪唑啉类缓蚀剂处理.咪唑啉类缓蚀剂通过在金属表面形成单分子吸附膜,改变氢离子的氧化还原电位以及对溶液中的某些氧化剂进行配位,降低电位,达到缓蚀的目的.对咪唑啉类缓蚀剂的缓蚀机理以及研究现状进行了综述.

Abstract:CO2/H2S corrosion has been the serious problem and research focus in petroleum and natural gas industry.Imidazoline corrosion inhibitor is often used to treat CO2/H2S corrosion.By forming single molecule adsorption film on metal surface to change the oxidation reduction potential of hydrogen ion and complexing some antioxidants in a solution to reduce potential,imidazoline can inhibit the metal from CO2 /H2S corrosion.This paper reviews the inhibition mechanism and research status of new imidazoline corrosi...
