| Abstract: | Based on analyzing the freshet disaster feather in Jiangxi province and the freshet disaster control in 2010 and aimed at the existing problems,the idea which is that human being is the most important and harmony between human being and nature is proposed.The modern technology is adopted and the masses transfer in advance in order to improve the fresh disaster control work and indemnify the life security of the masses. |
