摘    要:采用SolidWorks软件建立车架三维模型,借助于ANSYS软件建立以体单元为基本单元的车架有限元模型.在此模型基础上,进行有限元静力学分析和模态分析,获得车架在弯曲工况和扭转工况下的最大等效应力和应变,以及其前10阶固有频率和振型.结果显示:电动巡逻车车架结构满足材料的强度和刚度要求,但其l阶固有频率和地面的激励频率接近,车架与外激励易产生共振,需采取措施提高车架低阶固有频率.对双主纵梁结构的车架进行模态分析,通过对比改进前后车架的低阶固有频率,为车架优化设计提供了理论指导.

Abstract:The three-dimensional model was made by applying SolidWorks.With the ANSYS software,the finite element analysis(FEA) model of the frame that takes the solid elements as the basic elements was established.Based on this model,FEA static stress analysis and modal analysis is preceded.The bending and torsion conditions of the frame were simulated,and the maximum stress and displacement of the frame were obtained.The top ten bands of natural frequencies and vibration modes were obtained.It is shown that this mod...
