摘    要:针对河南油田江河区块生产中的结垢问题,按m(HEDP)∶m(ATMP)∶m(PA)=1∶1∶2复配得到复合防垢剂HAPA.岩心模拟实验表明,该防垢剂能够在地层岩石上吸附,并且缓慢释放到产出液中,达到一次注入、长期有效的目的.该防垢剂可以方便地进行微量检测,便于随时了解其在产出液中的浓度.现场试验结果表明,该防垢剂性能优...

Abstract:In consideration of the fouling problem found in the production in Jianghe Block in Henan Oil- field, a compound organic scale inhibitor HAPA was prepared with HEDP, ATMP and PA in the mixing ratio of m (HEDP): m (ATMP): m (PA) = 1:1:2. According to the results of the simulation experiment in core, this scale inhibitor can be adsorbed by the rocks in formation and released into the produced fluid slowly, and thus the scale inhibiting effect can remain for long once this scale inhibitor is filled. The concentration of this scale inhibitor can be detected easily at any time with trace detection technique. According to the test results, this scale inhibitor is of good anti - scaling performance, and the scale inhibiting efficiency can reach 96% or higher when 4 mg/L of the scale inhibitor is added.
