摘    要:建立了一种采用高效液相色谱检测有机硅涂料中多环芳烃的方法,该方法所用色谱柱为多聚C18(LC—PAH)柱,流动相为乙腈/水,采用梯度淋洗方式,开始时为40%乙腈,28min后变为82%乙腈,48min后变成100%乙腈,保持8min。该方法的线性范围为0.10-200mg/L,线性相关系数为0.9993-1.0000,平均回收率为69.59%~100.31%,精密度实验RSD为1.34%~7.84%,检测限(S/N=5)为0.05—0.10mg/L。该方法完全可以满足有机硅涂料中多环芳烃的检测要求。

Abstract:A HPLC method was established to determine the contents of PAHs in silicone coatings.The analysis was carried out in a reversed-phase polymer C18(LC-PAH) column by gradient elution with acetonitrile/water as the mobile phase.The initial content of acetonitrile was 40%,then changed to 82% after 28 min,and varied to 100% after 48 min,and maintained for 8 min.The linear range was 0.10 to 200 mg/L and the linear coefficients varied from 0.9993 to 1.0000.The average recovery varied form 69.59% to 100.31%,and the relative standard derivation ranged from 1.34% to 7.84%.The limits of detection was 0.05 to 0.10mg/L at S/N=5.This method could satisfy the demand of analysis of PAHs in silicone coatings.
