傅里叶变换近红外分析仪在烟叶质量分析监测中的应用研究

摘    要:近红外技术在烟草品质分析应用中得到了广泛的应用,由于应用厂方提供的分析软件,在某些情况下不能满足用户的要求。根据热电(Thermo)公司近红外分析仪提供的OPC接口,编写客户端应用软件,满足了烟叶质量分析的准确性和传送过程中的安全性要求。

Abstract:Near infrared technology has been widely applied in the tobacco quality analysis process. In some situation, the analysis software which provided by the factory can not meet customers' requirements. This article based on the near-infrared analyzer OPC interface provided by Thermo company, compile the client application software. Meet the accuracy of the analysis of tobacco quality and the security requirements during the transmission.
