利用重钙装置生产多种产品的可行性探讨

荆襄化工集团公司重钙厂装置包括两大相对独立部分.一部分是酸矿混合、化成和熟化生产粉状重钙,即粉肥生产线;另一部分是熟化料的造粒、干燥、筛分、冷却,即粒肥生产线.为充分发挥装置的效能,提出利用该装置生产TSP、NPK、DAP、NP等产品的可行性.利用造粒干燥系统可改产硫基复合肥或MAP、DAP;利用混化系统可改产尿基氮磷肥,该文分别介绍技改方案.

Feasibility analysis on manufacture of multiple products by TSP plant

Triple superphosphate(TSP) plant consists of two parts. First part, which includes mixing, solidifying, and curing three sections, is for powder TSP; Second part, which includes granulating, drying, screening and cooling four sections, is for granular TSP. The feasibility for the production of TSP, NPK, DAP and/or NP by the plant is proposed and revamping schema is also presented, namely, sulfatebased NPK or MAP/DAP is produced by the modification of granulating drying system, and ureabased NPK is produced by the modification of mixing, solidifying system.
