车用传动装置润滑系统的流动仿真

摘    要:基于一维不可压缩润滑油流动方程,建立了车用传动装置润滑系统润滑油流动的仿真模型。对一台履带式装甲车辆传动装置的润滑系统进行了实例仿真,得到了润滑系统内润滑油的流量分布和压力损失,以及各摩擦表面的供油量。结果表明:采用一维流动模型研究车用传动装置的润滑油流动问题是可行的;当车辆工况一定时,润滑系统内油液的流量和压力均随供油压力的增大而增大,仿真结果与试验值基本吻合;传动润滑系统的流动损失受管路流速、润滑油的粘度、管路接头、弯头的数量等因素的影响。

Abstract:A simulation model of the lubricating system for vehicle gearing was developed based on one-dimensional incompressible flow equations.An exemplary simulation was carried out for the lubricant flow of a tracked armored vehicle gearing,pressures and flow rates in lubricating system were calculated,as well as the oil flow rate to all frictional components.The results show that to study the the flux of oil in lubricating system based on one-dimensional incompressible flow equations is feasible.While the vehicle condition is steady,the flux and pressure of oil in lubricating system increase along with the increase of oil supply pressure.And the simulation results are compared to test data with good agreement.The flow rate,oil viscidity,the amount of junction and bend in pipeline etc,have significant effects on pressure drop in lubricating system.
