摘    要:为了确定SA213-T23+SA213-T91异种钢合适的焊接扣热处理工艺参数,设计了4种不同的焊接和热处理方案。通过对不同方案焊接接头的力学实验、金相组织分析和硬度值的测量,并结合工程施工实际情况,最终确定了合理的SA213-T23+SA213-T91异种钢焊接工艺。

Abstract:Four different plans in terms of welding and heat treatment had been designed to decide the proper welding and heat treatment's parameters of dissimilar steel between SA213 -T23 and SA213 -T91.The reasonable welding process parameters of dissimilar steel between SA213 - T23 and SA213 - T91 were ultimately determined by mechanical test of welded joints,metallographic structure analysis,mircohardness test and the actual situation of construction.
