消除火电厂烟囱内正压区的模拟研究

摘    要:火力发电厂传统的圆锥形烟囱普遍存在着正压运行的情况,这为电厂的正常运行埋下了安全隐患.本文进行了烟囱形状优化问题的研究。采用Fluent软件模拟了顶部区域为圆锥、圆柱和倒圆锥三种情况下的烟囱内部速度和压力分布状况,通过比较发现,将烟囱顶部适当区域改为圆柱或倒圆锥形,显著减少烟囱内正压区,其中倒圆锥形对改善烟囱内的压力分布更为有利。

Abstract:Traditional conical chimneys in power plant generally run under positive pressure and it will result in secure hidden trouble on smooth function of power plant.Problem about the optimum chimney form is introduced in this paper.The distribution of velocity and pressure in the chimney is simulated using Fluent software when top area of chimney under conical,cylinderical and inverse conical shape.It is found through comparison that inverse conical shape of appropriate height have the advantage over improving the distribution of pressure in the chimney.
