粉状物料计控一体化装置的设计与实现

摘    要:从系统设计入手,介绍了PLC在粉状物料计控一体化装置中的应用。该系统以西门子S7-200PLC为主体,配以称量传感器、放大器等组成测控系统,来完成粉状物料重量计量、包装的生产过程。文章给出了系统硬件结构和计控原理,详细阐述了提高动态重量计量精度的设计思路和方法,并已经在面粉重量计量包装中得到了应用。

Abstract:Beginning with the system design, this article introduces the application of PLC in the integrative measuring and controlling device of powdery materials The system uses SIEMENS S7-200 PLC as its main part, weight sensors and amplifiers to measure the weight of powdery materials and package The article provides with the system hardware structure and principle of measuring and controlling, and describes in detail the idea and method of how to improve the precision of dynamic weight measuring, which has been used in the flour weight measuring and packaging
