摘    要:目的:探讨并比较x线平片、cT及MRI在脊柱转移中的诊断价值。方法:对我院2009年6月至2012年1月收治的32例脊柱转移患者的影像资料进行回顾性分析。比较此三种成像方法的诊断价值。结果:三种方法共显示脊柱转移的各种病变182例次。其中X线平片显示各种病变66次(36.26%),诊断脊柱转移瘤10例(31.25%):CT显示各种病变96次(53.30%),诊断脊柱转移瘤18例(56.25%);MRI显示各种病变182次(100%)。诊断脊柱转移瘤30例(93.75%)。三者比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),MRI较CT和X线平片更敏感(P〈0.05),CT相对于X线平片亦较敏感。结论:在脊柱转移诊断中.三种影像学成像方法都有重要作用.其中又以MRI优势明显。

Abstract:Objective: To study the diagnostic value of the X-ray plain film, CT and MRI in diagnosis of spinal metastasis. Methods: In our hospital, from 2009 June to 2012 January, there were 32 cases with spinal metastasis were studied retrospectively, and the diagnostic value of three kinds of imaging methods was compared. Results: The three methods showed the number of various lesions of spinal metastasis was 182. X-ray showed 66 lesions (36.26%), the diagnosis number of spinal metastases was 10 cases (31.25%); CT display 96 lesions(53.30%), the diagnosis number of spinal metastases was 18 cases (56.25%); MRI display 182 lesions (100%), the diagnosis number of spinal metastases was 30 cases (93.75%). The differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05), MRI was more sensitive than CT and X- ray plain film CT was more sensitive than the X-ray plain film. Conclusion: The three imaging methods play an important role in the diagnosis of spinal metastasis, among which MRI has obvious advantages.
