肺癌的CT诊断分析

目的：对早期肺癌的CT征象进行研究和分析，同时分析和评价CT对肺癌诊断的准确性。方法：对我院收治并经过CT检查和病理证实的100例肺癌患者．其中有56例周围性肺癌、44例中央型肺癌、4例弥漫性肺癌、28例原发性肺癌、10例原发灶不明者。将CT诊断的结果和病理进行对照，同时对周围型肺癌的各种征象进行分析。结果：经过检查发现，84例患者诊断正确，准确率N84．0％；12例患者经过复查动态观察确诊，占12．0％；误诊4例，占4．0％。结论：在临床上，采用CT征象的综合诊断，有效地提高肺癌患者的诊断准确率。

Analysis of CT in the Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

Objective： CT signs of early lung cancer research and analysis, and analysis and evaluation of the diagnostic accuracy of CT for lung cancer. Methods： In our hospital and after a CT scan and pathology confirmed 100 cases of lung cancer patients, including 56 cases of peripheral lung cancer, 44 cases of central lung cancer, 4 cases of diffuse lung cancer, 28 cases of primary lung cancer, 10 cases of primary tumor unknown. The results of the CT and pathologic diagnosis were compared, while the various signs of peripheral lung cancer were analyzed. Results： After examination revealed that 84 patients were diagnosed correctly, the accuracy was 84.0%; 12 patients diagnosed after a review of dynamic observation, accounting for 12.0%; misdiagnosed 4 cases, accounting for 4.0%. Conclusion： In clinical practice, using a comprehensive diagnostic CT signs, effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of lung cancer patients.
