腰椎MRI矢状位大视野扫描在胸腰结合段椎间盘突出症中的应用

目的：探讨腰椎MRI矢状位大视野（40～43cm）扫描在胸腰结合段椎间盘突出症中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析使用0．35TMRI诊断的胸腰结合段（胸10-腰3）椎间盘突出症的30例的临床及MRI资料。结果：MRI诊断胸10～腰3节段35个椎体椎间盘膨出，椎间盘突出29个，椎间盘脱出11个，伴相应节段许莫氏结节者19个，椎体终板变性24个。结论：腰椎MRI矢状位大视野扫描有利于诊断胸腰结合段椎间盘突出，性价比高，值得应用。

Lumbar Sagittal MRI Scan with a Large Field of View in Disc Herniation of Thoracolumbar Junction Segments

Objective： To investigate the effect of sagittal MRI scan with a large field of view （40- 43cm）in disc herniation of thoracolumbar junction segments. Methods： The clinic and imaging data of 30 cases of lumbar in thoracolumbar junction segments （thoracic 10-lumbar3） diagnosed by 0.35TMRI were retrospectively analyzed. Results： MRI showed 30 cases disc herniation in thoracolumbar junction segments, 35 lesions of them were lumbar disc prolapse, disc protrusion in 29 vertebrals, herniated disc in 11 vertebrals, with the corresponding segments Schmorl＇s nodules in 19 vertebrals, with vertebral endplate degeneration in 24 vertebrals. Conclusion： It is helpful for lumbar sagittal MRI scan with a large field of view to the diagnosis of disc herniation in thoracolumbar junction segments, and the scan is cost- effective and worth application.
