摘    要:高光防水相纸是由纸基、底层、吸墨层三部分组成的。本文主要讨论的是用于吸墨层的分散液的制备。吸墨层由成膜性的高分子聚合物(binder)和纳米粒子(pigment)再加入一些助剂混合而成[2]。其中纳米粒子的预处理很重要.因为纳米粒子的表面能很高.从而很容易团聚.为了防止纳米粒子的团聚就需要对纳米粒子进行分散处理。本文在碱性条件下对氧化硅分散液的分散配方以及分散工艺进行了研究。并得出如下结论:所做分散液含15%的纳米级氧化硅、0.075%聚乙烯亚胺、0.75%的硅烷偶联剂以及0.1~1%的分散助剂。选用高速搅拌的方式进行分散,搅拌速度为8000r/min.搅拌时间为8min。按照该配方以及该工艺所做的分散液的稳定性比较好,而且用该分散液所做的高光防水相纸的光泽度在65度以上.防水效果很好。

Abstract:Inkjet printer paper includes three parts which are substrate, underlayer and ink absorption layer. The ink absorption layer which was composed of binder, pigment and cation resin was the main part in this paper. Because of the strong surface energy of nanometer pigment, it is easy to get together. So we need to disperse the nanometer pigment to liquid in case of the aggregation. The process of SiO2 dispersion was investigated in the alkaline condition in this paper. We drew a conclusion: the composition was SIO215%, polymine 0.075%, silane coupling agent 0.75%, and assistant 0.9%; the dispersion was stirred at a rate of 8000r/min. for 8 rains. The stabilization of the dispersion made by this formula and process was very well. The glossiness of inkjet printer paper made by this dispersion was 65 grade. The effectiveness of the water resistance also was good.
