低频超声波功率电源的设计

摘    要:介绍了低频超声波功率电源的设计,主要包括信号源的研制、信号功率的放大和频率跟踪等几个方面。分析了以超音频电能稳定输出为前提,应用逆变技术,结合单片机编程驱动和专用芯片驱动,设计性能稳定的低频超声波电源,使其在低频段有较宽的频率调节范围,且具有较高的频率精度。选择合理的功放电路,使输出功率可调,并根据负载的变化,可自动锁定工作频率,使超音频电能恒功率稳频输出。通过测试表明,系统工作基本满足要求。

Design of Low-Frequency Ultrasonic Power Source

Abstract:Introduction was made to the design of low-frequency ultrasonic power,mainly including manufacturing of signal source,signal power amplifi cation and frequency tracking etc several aspects. Analysis was made to take stable low-frequency ultrasonic electri-cal energy as precondition,applying inverter technique,combining singlechip programming drive and specifi c chip drive,designing low-frequency ultrasonic power in stable performance,enabling it with wider frequency regulation range in low-frequency band and also with higher frequency accuracy,selecting reasonable power amplifi cation circuit to have adjstable output power and based on load changes,locking automatically working frequency,enabling audio electrical energy output in a constant power with stable frequency. Via test it shows that the system basically meets the needs.
