| 摘 要： | 对参数为正态分布时现行采用的环境因子进行了讨论，指出了它存在的缺陷，提出了改进方法，并区分不同情况，给出了利用环境因子进行两种环境条件下参数转换的具体形式，且以实例予以说明。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the environmental factor utilised currently when the parameters satisfynormal distribution is discussed and its defects are pointed out. We propose an improvingmethod. For different condihons, formalisms are presented to transform the parametersunder two environmental situahons and an example is given. |
