摘    要:针对异构无线系统的上、下行业务负载不均衡造成的拥塞现象,提出一种基于负载均衡的呼叫准入控制(CAC)方案。对接入业务进行分类,根据系统上下行负载情况采用不同的接入方式,减小系统的负载不平衡距离,达到负载均衡的目的。仿真结果表明,该方案能够减小系统阻塞率,有效改进系统性能。

Abstract:A Call Admission Control(CAC) scheme based on load balance is proposed to avoid the congestion due to the asymmetry of service resource requirements. Traffic is classified in this scheme. According to system's different uplink load and downlink load situation, different method is adopted to reduce load imbalance distance of system. The aim to load balance is achieved. Numerical results demonstrate that the scheme can reduce blocking rate well and improve performance of system efficiently.
