广告纸自清洁、防涂鸦涂层的制备及性能研究

摘    要:纸作为常见的广告载体,因具有成本低廉、易于控制、内容详尽、针对性强、覆盖范围广泛等优点深受欢迎。然而,纸易受潮、变黄、褪色,难以长期保存,且相对较薄,易被拉断,这些缺点又限制了其应用。因此,本研究以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)、疏水型SiO2、甲苯为基本原料,制备自清洁溶液,将配制好的溶液喷涂在广告纸表面,室温固化后将其浸泡在氟硅烷溶液,加热烘干即可获得具有自清洁、防涂鸦性能的广告纸。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对基底表面形貌和粗糙度进行测量,发现涂层表面形貌变得粗糙不平;通过接触角测量仪检测广告纸表面润湿性的变化,发现纸张变为超疏水;用电子万能试验机测试涂层的抗拉强度,发现由5.5MPa增加到14.8MPa。

Abstract:Paper as a common advertising carrier,because of its low cost,easy to control,detailed content,targeted,covering a wide range of advantages by the majority of businesses,business leaders favor.However,the paper is prone to damp,yellow,faded,difficult to long-term preservation,and relatively thin,easy to be broken,and other shortcomings,limited its application in the advertising industry.The paper with self-cleaning coating was prepared by polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),hydrophobic silica,toluene as the basic raw materials.The prepared solution was sprayed on the surface of advertising paper,soaked in fluorosilane solution after curing at room temperature,and then heated and dried to obtain advertising paper with self-cleaning and anti-graffiti properties.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to measure the surface morphology and roughness of the substrate.The change of wettability on the surface of advertising paper was detected by the contact angle measuring instrument.Mark marker was used to test its anti-graffiti property.To test the tensile strength of the coating with the electronic universal testing machine,the size increased from 5.5 MPa to 14.8 MPa.
