摘    要:超吸水纤维(SAF)是一种具有强吸湿、放湿能力的功能性高分子纤维。它的问世弥补了粉末、颗粒状高吸水树脂作为吸水材料在加工成型等方面上的不足,在某些领域上可替代超吸水纤维,获得更优的性能。而丙烯酸类超吸水纤维是以丙烯酸为原料制得,原料价廉易得,产品吸水率高且吸水速率快,是近年来的研发热点。为此,对丙烯酸类超吸水纤维的制备方式及其实际应用进行了综述。

Abstract:Superabsorbent Fiber(SAF)is a functional polymer fiber with strong moisture absorption and desorption capacity.It is the development and extension of high water-absorbent resin.Its advent has made up for the deficiency of powder and granular superabsorbent resin as a water-absorbing material in processing and forming.In some fields,it can replace superabsorbent fiber and obtain better performance.Acrylic superabsorbent fiber is made of acrylic acid,and the raw material is cheap and easy to obtain.And with the high water absorption rate and the fast water absorption rate,this acrylic superabsorbent fiber has become aresearch and development hot spot in recent years.The preparation methods and practical applications of acrylic superabsorbent fibers were reviewed.
