分光光度计法测定硝基苯电解还原液

摘    要:重点介绍了以Berthelot试剂为显色剂的分光光度法来测定硝基苯电解还原液中氨基苯酚的含量。并考察了显色时间、吸光波长对吸光度的影响,并讨论了硝基苯、苯胺及待测液的pH值对测定结果的影响。结果表明,以Berthelot试剂为显色剂的分光光度法测定精度高且快速,显色时间10 m in以上就可以使溶液显色充分且吸光度在633 nm具有最大值,硝基苯、苯胺及待测液的pH值对测定结果无影响。

Abstract:The spectrophotometry methods using Berthelot reagent as the colour developing reagent is focusly studied.The effect of colour developing time,determination wavelength and pH on absorbancy are investigated;mean while,nitrobenzene,aniline and pH value of solution on determination are also discussed.And the result shows that the method is accurate and efficient.It takes at least 10 min for the solution colour to develop fully and the absorbancy is biggest at the wavelength of 633 nm.Also the nitrobenzene,aniline and the pH value of electrolyte have no effect on the determination results.
